KGraph Immigration is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Documentation Manager to lead our document processing operations at the Scarborough office. In this role, you'll oversee the accuracy, organization, and compliance of all client documentation related to immigration applications. You’ll manage a team, implement quality control processes, and ensure all submissions meet Canadian immigration standards. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration documentation, and a commitment to confidentiality and efficiency.

We're hiring a Documentation Manager (Case Worker) in Scarborough to help manage and prepare immigration files with precision and professionalism. You’ll work closely with our documentation team in Canada and overseas to ensure every application meets the highest standards and aligns with Canadian immigration laws.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of case workers handling immigration applications.
  • Assign and monitor workloads to ensure efficient case processing and client satisfaction.
  • Review application files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and policy updates.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and provide expert guidance on complex cases.
  • Collaborate with immigration consultants to align strategies and improve service quality.
  • Track and report case metrics and team performance to senior management.
  • Stay current with changes in Canadian immigration laws and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration services
  • Deep understanding of Canadian immigration processes and documentation requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
