What is Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial nominee program (PNP) operated by the government of Saskatchewan, a province in Canada. The program is designed to attract skilled immigrants and entrepreneurs to settle in Saskatchewan and contribute to the province's economic growth and development.
The SINP offers several immigration streams, each with its own eligibility criteria, to nominate candidates for Canadian permanent residence. Here are some of the key streams under the SINP:
International Skilled Worker Category: This stream is for skilled workers who have the education, work experience, and language proficiency to contribute to Saskatchewan's labor market. There are three sub-categories under this stream:

Information:

International Skilled Worker Stream is one of the key streams under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). It is designed to attract skilled workers from around the world who have the education, work experience, and language proficiency to contribute to Saskatchewan's labour market and economy.

The International Skilled Worker Stream is further divided into three sub-categories:

Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category: This sub-category is aligned with the federal Express Entry system, which manages applications for three main economic immigration programs: Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). To be eligible under this sub-category, candidates must first create an Express Entry profile and meet the criteria for one of the three federal programs.

Once the candidate's profile is in the Express Entry pool, they may be eligible to apply to the SINP's Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category if they also meet the specific criteria of the province. Successful applicants receive a provincial nomination, which adds 600 points to their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, significantly increasing their chances of receiving an invitation from the federal government to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
